Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your brownies if there is an issue with your order.
Because our brownies are perishable food items, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.
To request a resolution, please contact us at sharethesin@sinfullbrownies.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the brownies and packaging (required for damage or defect claims)
Requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your brownies immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our brownies, all brownie sales are final. We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or consumed brownies
- Orders reported outside the 7-day window
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Refunds
If your claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
